2025 Pavilion Bisley Accommodation & Facilities Hire Terms & Conditions

The Pavilion Bisley and Bisley Camp have a wide variety of accommodation and facilities which are available on short term let (no longer than 28 days continuously) to members and non-members of the National Rifle Association. The following terms and conditions apply to our accommodation and facilities hire:

 

Right of Admission is Reserved:

 

The National Rifle Association reserves the right to refuse admission and/or to cancel any existing or continued use of accommodation and/or facilities and require immediate evacuation of facilities without refund for unlawful or unruly behaviour. Occupiers of NRA accommodation and/or facilities are bound by the site rules and standing orders of the NRA Bisley Camp which are available on the NRA website.

 

Reservations:

 

Advance accommodation booking is essential due to limitations on our staffing.

Please book your accommodation via our website, www.ThePavilionBisley.com. Booking accommodation on the same day that you require it will not be possible through the website. Please call the reception staff on +44 (0) 1483 798810 or +44 (0) 1483 798816 for last minute bookings.

·        For early arrival and late departure requests, please contact us via email at accommodation@nra.org.uk at least one week prior to your arrival date so that we can plan accordingly.

·        Please note, we are unable to accept requests at this time for early arrival prior to 2pm and late departure past 11am.

 

Pricing and Payment:

 

All published prices include VAT and are subject to change without prior notification.

All accommodation and/or facilities hire will be paid in full prior to the arrival to confirm the reservation.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

Cancellations that take place seven full days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations that take place between two (48 hours) to seven days’ prior to the arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations with less than 2 days, 48 hours’ notice, are non-refundable.

 

Occupancy and Behaviour:

 

Occupancy of accommodation and/or facilities must not exceed the numbers stated against each booking type.

Please consider other people staying on camp at all times.

Quiet hours are from 10:00pm until 6:00am.

No cooking is permitted in any accommodation or facility except where cooking equipment is provided.

Open fires are not allowed anywhere on site.

BBQ’s are allowed only if raised off the ground and used at least 3 meters away from any building or camping structure.

When using a BBQ please be sure to have a large bucket of water near the BBQ.

It is your responsibility to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy state.

 

Pets:

 

Well behaved dogs are welcome on Bisley Camp in our camping areas (Maple Acre, Sit Pet Lawn, Military Field, Inns of Court and Old Sergeant’s Mess).

Dogs are permitted in designated accommodation rooms for an additional charge of £15.00 per dog, not to exceed two dogs per room.

Owners are responsible for the behaviour of their dog which must be kept on a lead while in the domestic area of the estate and on the ranges where shooting is taking place.

It is the owner’s responsibility to clean up after their pet and dispose of their waste appropriately.

Dogs are not permitted in the 10m airgun range. They are allowed on the Pavilion Bisley decking while on a lead.

 

Damage, Responsibility and Liability:

 

Anyone found defacing or causing damage to any building, equipment and/or property faces immediate eviction and may face prosecution.

The hirer of the accommodation and/or facility will be held responsible for and be made liable for, the full cost of repair and/or replacement of any damage/breakages/loss/stolen property caused by themselves or their visitors to:

The property, including the grounds, buildings and/or facilities of the NRA.

Other customer’s property within Bisley Camp.

All vehicles including their contents and accessories are parked entirely at the risk of the owner while on NRA property.

The NRA nor its staff or servants shall not be liable for the loss, theft and/or damage of any property whilst on the site nor for any injury, accident and/or mishap to any person at Bisley Camp.

Customers must ensure that their property is secured and fully insured for any unforeseen eventuality.

No firearms, shotguns and/or airguns should be left unattended at any time.

 

Lost/Missing Accommodation Keys:

 

If any accommodation key becomes lost and/or missing, please contact the Accommodation Manager by email at accommodation@nra.org.uk to discuss further steps.

If your key is missing, you will be assigned another key by a member of the accommodation team or the on-site security personnel. Both are located at the Pavilion Bisley reception desk.  

A fee of £50.00, plus VAT, will be added to your booking so that the accommodation key can be replaced.

 

Camping:

 

Camping via a tent, motorhome, caravan, campervan, folding caravan and/or trailer tent is only permitted on authorised and designated pitches across Bisley Camp.

All visitors must always display a valid camping permit until they depart camp. Camping permits must be collected once you arrive on Bisley Camp, prior to setting up on the pitch, from the Pavilion Bisley reception desk.

If camping with a tent, the camping permits should be affixed to the tent zipper on the front of the tent.

If you have a motorhome, caravan, campervan, folding caravan please display it in a window so that it can be easily viewed from the outside.

Failure to do so will result in eviction from the site.

Any person found camping with a tent, motorhome, caravan, campervan, folding caravan and/or trailer tent on any other area of the site (other than what is specifically designated as an actual camping area) will be evicted immediately and may be charged with trespassing.

Tents are not permitted to be pitched next to or on any of the caravan sites without written authority from the NRA.

Open fires are not allowed anywhere on site.

BBQ’s are allowed only if raised off the ground and used at least 3 meters away from any structure.

When using a BBQ please be sure to have a large bucket of water near the BBQ.

Customers using BBQ’s are responsible for the safe handling and removal of all fires and remnants and all other combustibles including gas cylinders used on site.

All pitches are on grass. There are standpipes on every site and each site has its own ablution (for toilets and showers).

There are five chemical toilet waste disposal points (elson points) on site.

Data Protection:

All information supplied on the booking form will be stored on computer for administration purposes. Information can be deleted upon guest’s request.
